THIS WEEKEND

“Our goal is to support your child in whatever way they may need to be able to fully experience our KidzMinistry events. We aim to foster a safe and accepting environment where your child grows in their faith by learning that: God is trustworthy, Jesus is their Savior and example, and they can make wise decisions.”

HELPING THOSE THAT NEED SUPPORT

Support is provided to meet any emotional, intellectual, physical, medical, or behavioral needs your child may have. This is done through 1:1 buddies and/or a classroom support. Some examples of kids we support are kids impacted by special needs, medical needs, foster/adopted, and kids impacted by trauma. Buddies/Classroom Support help bring the material to meet your child’s level as well as assisting in integrating your child into peer activities. A sensory room is also available at any time if your child needs a break from the large group.

YOUR FIRST VISIT

On your first visit, just look for the KIDZ CONNECT area. You'll be greeted by a leader eager to meet your family and you'll learn how it works. We'll be there every step of the way, so feel free to ask questions! Because we value safety, we will need some information at that time including: family member's name, child's name and birthday, address, phone number, and any special instructions (allergies, etc.).

SAFETY

Volunteers are trained in meeting various needs to create a safe and successful atmosphere where families can confidently leave their children while they are in service. The area is monitored by security personnel, security cameras, and a check-in/check-out system. Each staff member and volunteer is background checked. Don't worry parents - we've got this!

WHAT WE TEACH

Your child will experience Bible-based lessons brought to their level of understanding if needed, either through inclusion with peers or one on one as needed that will teach them about God and His love for them. Extra resources are provided to meet your child where they are at as well as items to meet sensory needs and the Able Room.
